They we're outside of this same day(24hr) report guarantee which is why I hired these guys. The next night I had to text and ask where my repost was. After I finally got it I was assured to let him know and he would go over it with me I text him never heard anything back called the office today left a voicemail this morning again never heard anything back now at 8:00 at night finally sent him a message and got a pretty slick response back instead of accountability. And mind you still no one has went over my inspection report with me nor have I received my termite inspection report at all. I assume all this is because I paid in cash at time of inspection so they don't really care anymore but they're guaranteed does say basically zero bullshit 24-hour turned around or your report is free and they obviously don't honor that they also did not even bother to date my roof in any such way left it as 1981 which is giving me issues with insurance now on top of the fact that they still have it went over the report with me is very concerning if you're in a hurry I would say don't use these guys and definitely don't pay until they provide you with a report and are willing to go over it with yo

Fast, easy, and straight to the point. Jailyn provided me with an outstanding report, as I am buying a condo while residing in another state. I couldn’t be more pleased with all of the information that was provided in helping me move forward with the purchase of my condo! Thank you, Jailyn.

Great service! They arrived prior to our inspection time and started the perimeter of the property. Both gentlemen were thorough and detailed. Our inspection was on a Friday afternoon and we had our results by Saturday afternoon. Due to the urgency that can occur with closing timelines, we were grateful for the opportunity to review with plenty of time before our inspection period was up. They also suggested a radon test which we almost didnt do thinking it was a new build, there shouldnt be any issue right? Well our radon levels were well above acceptable levels giving us Intel or something we absolutely needed to negotiate into the closing. I highly recommend both Lee County Inspections and the optional radon testing!

I highly recommend this company. They were punctual, thorough, and extremely professional from start to finish. They carefully inspected every inch of the house and took the time to explain everything in detail. Justin Brooks, our inspector, did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy to understand. After the inspection, he went over all of the findings clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure we fully understood everything before he left. Excellent service and a great overall experience.
